Adding multiple galleries in advance of photos

I'm going to need to set up a Master Category with about 150 galleries in it. Hopefully I can create the galleries before I upload the actual photos. Can I do this, sort of like using Explorer or Finder or must I actually upload a photo to create each gallery?

Don't know what Explorer or Finder is, but you can create Galleries and fill them later.

You can create galleries without any photos in them. Should be all set to get setup

This is what I do before trips, makes uploading a lot easier when on the road (I have two on my site now) I also do all my keywords.
