organizer : add a focus point for square crop

hello,
we can set the focus area in organizer edit menu but it is tedious when we have uploaded 20 images.
for square cropped thumbnails, we just need to move the focus to the top for a portrait face...
something rough, no need big accuracy. so just moving a dot and smugmug will crop around this area.
and it would be nice to have an option to display focus area center overlay in organizer to check ones already processed.

Organizer is a powerful environment compared to flickr,... to manage folders, galeries, images,... but the organizer is under used/developed.
by adding some features we can make a small "lightroom library" :-)
