How 'bout those footers

I want to use footers for a search option and to provide an RSS feed and can't seem to get the footer to show.
My Design Settings>Footer is set to 'On', and in anticipation of having an RSS feed, Account Settings>Privacy Feeds is also set to 'On", but still 'no' Footer appears. Any insight is appreciated https://feiwel.smugmug.com/

You will have better luck contacting the Help Desk. They can "look under the hood" and see what's going on. Most helpers (like me) here can't.
