I would be interested to hear how you captured this image - was it planned or a sheer lucky accident?

I have photographed a few insects, and I have an idea how difficult this might be to accomplish. Kudos for a great shot!

I literally sat on the dock and watched this particular dragonfly for hours .. taking shots frequently until i got exactly what i wanted..
