Can I remove or control the placement of the Smugmug bar at the top of my page?

My web page shows a SmugMug bar across the top, with the logo on the left and logi-in, search and support buttons on the right. How much control do I have over that bar? Can I change its position? Can I remove it? Do I have to have a higher level subscription than I do?

You can turn that off by going to "Design Settings" and turn off the SmugMug Header.
