converting 8mm to digital

I volunteered to do some archiving a while back, 100 reels of 8mm, Super8 and 16mm have been given to us, I’m trying to find the best solution for converting these film to digital so that they can be shared, I’m aware that this would be expensive if we used a specialist, I wondered if anybody has discovered a sensible solution for doing them at home or would recommend a machine that we could buy
