Video too large not uploading

I have done a video in the mp4 format which has 746 Mb
The site doesn't allow me to upload such a large file.
How can I overcome this small problem, please ?

Is the video over 20 minutes? That's a SmugMug limit, in addition to the 3GB size limit. See https://help.smugmug.com/prepare-videos-for-upload-HycblvkVHG .
