Priviet, dear friends!
We have today so called Tatyanin Day - Students day.
As our Russian writer, Tchehov wrote, "everything in Moscow was drunk during this day, everything, except Moscow-river, and even then because it was frozen..."
So I visited our University and saw this lady standing there:

Though she was not alone, I asked her - may I take some photos? and she said - "why not?". We went out side where I noticed an appropriate background... Her name is Masha and she studies at foreign affairs faculty. So some photos:

Masha has fantastic blue eyes!
I wished her good health, progress in studies and many good fiances (to choose from)

Yuri, You are the absolute grand master of candid portraits! And this series is yet another example of just how incredibly talented you are! All I can say is "Wow"!!!

I'm also amazed at how you manage to get your subjects (who you've never met before!) to be so open and at ease in front of your camera and willing to pose for a stranger who has just approached them on the street. (in our country, this is not so easy to do!). I'd love to know your secrets. Perhaps you'll publish a book someday?

awesome, as usual... in this series I would've liked to see one without the hat or with the hat pulled up because she looks to have some series eyebrows... then again, my curiosity/imagination for the unknown keeps me looking at these so...

These are so much better than the pictures you posted yesterday, which I found to be very boring. Masha is very interesting, and beautiful, too.

#3 could use some more sharpening.
