How to enable Right-Click protection in HTML/CSS?

I have applied right-click protection to all my Smugmug galleries.

However, I have several content blocks in my website where the images are hosted using HTML/CSS (for example, the very first image in homepage when you open my site).
I have noticed that despite the images originally being from a right-click protected gallery, they can be easily saved by using right click.

How could this be fixed?

You can't when using HTML/CSS. If somebody wants your photo, they're going to get it regardless.

FWIW, I don't use it (I hate it). I just limit the size displayed and move on.
