Defer Parsing of Javascript & Minimizing Redirects

Hey experts,

Finally getting my site to a point where the speed is reasonable but still two things that I'm failing at:
1. Defer Parsing of Javascript
2. Minimizing Redirects

See GT Metrics report below.

Tried doing a search on how to fix these but most results indicate how to fix them for Wordpress sites .

Any advice on how to get these two metrics fixed?
