Trying to "isolate" folders/galleries (not quite the same as Hide Owner)

Hi! I think my use case is going to leave me out of luck. I'm able to do this now with Zenfolio but looking to switch to SmugMug:

I shoot for, among other things, the construction company I work for. So my SmugMug "root" contains folders such as ABC Construction, Personal, and MKPhoto. Inside the ABC Construction folder, I have folders for each client we build for, let's say Maricopa County, Walgreens, and ASU. The ASU folder will contain project folders such as ASU Hayden Library, ASU Tech Center, etc. Each of these folders contain galleries for the dates I'm out shooting... you get the idea.

I was expecting that I could give someone an unlisted link to the ASU folder, remove the breadcrumbs, then they couldn't access lower down the tree and see other client's projects. However, because the url is something like me.smugmug.com/ABC-Construction/ASU, all a user has to do is remove ASU from the URL and now they can see my other clients.

Most people would say, "just make all your clients' folders unlisted," but my goofy use case is that I need to have a URL that I can share with other people in my construction company so they can see all the clients. With all the clients unlisted, a shared URL for ABC Construction doesn't show anything. I'm also not looking to manually add people ("People I choose" option).

I'm able to do this with Zenfolio as they don't stack/tree their URL schema: each gallery/folder is like me.zenfolio.com/f2343294 (unless you want to give it a custom name). In SmugMug speak, you can make any gallery or FOLDER "hide owner." If I do this with a folder in Zenfolio, it gives "waterfall permissions" to all the galleries inside of it.

If you made it this far... thank you! From a SmugMug feature standpoint, I think I'm out of luck (which is kind of surprising) but if someone has come up with their own creative solution I'd love to hear it!
