Trying to lock nav bar on new theme

Hello all,

I'm wanting to upgrade my site, but I'm wanting to change to Willow which has the logo, nav and social buttons at the top of the page. Unless I'm missing something (which is quite possible) I'm not seeing a way to lock that top naviation bar into place so it's always at the top of the screen instead of scrolling up with the rest of the content.

Is there a way to do that? Or is there another similar theme that already has that portion of the page locked down?
