I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

You saved the best for the last! These are wonderful and you even got nice skies and greens are just ripe! Sweet!
Thanks, buddy. Clear skies up in those mountains are an iffy thing at best. If you can't deal with the vagaries of the weather up there, life's going to be a huge disappointment.
Nice set, I really like the last one built into the side of the hill.

Thanks, Orv. I've seen one other old building with that treatment.
Built into the hill could give them access to a root cellar to keep potatoes and salted meats, canned stuff'

Nice set. I really like the first one.
Yea, the photo gods were kind to me that day. Gave me some great skies. That shot is an example of a situation that always amazes me. Those old boys will continue to use these old structures until they just collapse. I shoot many of them like that, or even worse, that you couldn't pay me to go inside of.
Tom....as always great images and interesting "finds!"
Love the structures and the settings!
Keep 'em comiing!
