Farm trucks

Okay Tom, it's been awhile since I've posted anything. I've been busy finishing contracts, and selling my buildings. This is the year I finally retire, fourth and final time.

these images are a few years old from a town in eastern Washington, where old farm trucks go to retire. I always try and stop on my way thru the area to see if there are any changes.

Nice old trucks, I like your processing too. The B&W works well with these.

    Have a great day!

Fantastic work, Phil. Just plain super. I'm really pulling for your anticipated retirement to stick this time. I had a little difficulty pulling that trick off myself but its over and I hope yours will be too.

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

I like first one a lot Phil. I would consider zapping that wire....also top left corner has another truck parts cluttering it, if mine, I would spend some time cleaning it up! cheers!

Both of these shots are very evocative - nice! Love the BW processing although I find them both a tad dark.

As a lover of B&W, these are wonderful. Nice framing, presentation, and B&W processing. Images stand out.

    Well done!

Thanks all, for viewing and commenting. I knew it was going to be near noon, when I passed through this area, so B&W processing was on my mind.
