Now I'm Having in trouble to get Approve Google Adsense With a site WP Assign a Wordepress Blog Site. https://www.wpassign.com
Every Time I Apply and got rejected. i didn't find the actual problem of the site. You need to fix some things before your account can be approved..
I already Submitted Sitemap to google Search Console. I am maintain all rules in google adsense

Can Anyone help me to find out the actual problem and where is problem.

I call this spam. You're site is a WordPress site, not SmugMug.
