Amazon's required privacy notice

I am trying to set up Amazon Pay for my gallery site [http://gallery.journeyzing.com] and it requires having a Privacy Notice -- I have the URL for the SmugMug one which perhaps I can link to - but I assume I'd need my own but am not sure how to go about setting it up = would appreciate any guidance.

If you require a different Privacy Notice, you'll need to create on using a Page. Once you've done that I would add it either in your top menu or a link in your footer.
If you look at my site, I have one in the footer. I did that about 3-4 years ago before SM added theirs. My main site is WordPress and I just copied theirs.
