Mobile Ecommerce Basket/Trolley disappears on upscroll on images

Hello - I've requested an Instagram review for an Instashop and the review feedback is that my images are not for sale on my site. Surprised by their response, I conducted a little testing and found an issue with mobile upscroll and ecommerce icons disappearing. So if I access my site via Instagram it links to my homepage and then select a gallery and an image. If I scroll down and stop, all fine but if stop my scroll and slightly scroll up which is a very normal action, the ecommerce icons are not available. Why is that? Your input is very much appreciated as I would really like to try and start selling via Instagram. Thanks in advance.

    This is resolved as it is believed to be the normal function of the lightbox on mobile.
