Disappearing Menu while scrolling
I'm experiencing a display oddity that has me confused, but hopefully the attached image will help illustrate the following...
I have added a menu block to bring attention to ongoing 'projects' (or 'series' if you prefer) on my site. I've also added a 'title' (Projects) via a separate text block for that menu. Both were added to the 'entire site'.
Whenever I scroll down in the browser....regardless of where I am on the site...the actual menu scrolls up out of view, but the 'Projects' text block always remains visible.
Given both blocks were added to the 'entire site', I would have thought both would remain visible and can't figure out why the menu itself disappears when scrolling. I've triple checked my work, and if there's something I've missed, I've missed it with each check.
The site is rjwilner.photography
Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated.

That second menu may not be in the header. I'm a SmugMug support hero. Would you mind if I went into your Customizer and took a look and hopefully can fix this for you?
With your mention of the header, I was able to fix it myself. I assumed that, since the Projects text block did always remain visible, it must be in the header. So, I moved the menu above the text bloc, published that, and observed that both remained visible. That told me the menu was now in the header as well, so I moved it back below the text block and it seems to have remained in the header. So it would appear all is well now.
For future reference, is there some indicator that would tell us if we were about to add a new text block to the header? I watched for something while going through the above, but nothing caught my eye.
Thanks much for the offer to do it for me. Much appreciated!
While in the customizer, to keep something in the header for Entire Site, make sure it's above the Site Content section as displayed here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/P8ubx2bE
