Howdy friends!

Snapped a few pictures of my son Elliot as he was "snugged" in his baby stool (or what they are called?) just after lunch today. :): Just wanted to share!

Matty

Canon 10D, Canon 50 mm f/1.8 II EF, ISO 400, window light.
Done some level/contrast/color tweak, some dodging and burning, and some USM.

"I miss you!"

"The hand!"

"Say what?"

The first is a real "Matty"-classic. I love the way you use the DOF, and accentuate his great eyes. And of course, it helps that he's a cute kid with a very nice expression. ;)
enjoy being here while getting there

Yes - such great light in his eyes. I love the 1st - his bright blue eyes and his rosey cheeks.

Well Matty, more stunning pictures of you wonderful boy! I get lost looking into his eyes and wondering what he is staring at, these are fantastic.

(Thos red, red, cheeks....Is he getting new teeth by any chance? My son's cheek go red as roses when he is teething....poor little things)

Thanx Marlof! I love my Canon 50 mm f/1.8 II EF, for the price, it's a great lens that does magic to DOF. :):

    Thank you, Tara!
Haha! Actually, I don't think he was looking at anything. He was just so beaten - he's having a cold and fever and as you meantioned, his third and fourth teeth are just breakin' through.
