Help w Avatar

I have tried everything to get this to fit as an Avatar, 80 pixels,etc.

This is the larger size,

This is as small as I can get it, and I don't know what is wrong.........

that is 25. something, and it looks awefully small to me.

Plus, I may want to put up this one tomorrow or the next day,

What is it that I don't know about sizing avatars?????

ginger, please, I need this for the future, too.

    Use Save For Web, jpg quality 60
    apply some unsharp mask on the 80x80 crop you make first.

    I can't do it because of this thing that says I need to click the optimize choose edit output settings and select saving files.

    I do that, it says it will replace, I click OK, and I am back on my work space for PS.

    It is just not coming down???

    It worked, or there was ONE thing out of many tries that was avail to click on, I did, and I have the avatar............

    But I have no idea what I was doing. I never use Save For Web.

    now, you do! Only for these sorts of things, though. NEVER for your photos.
