Most of the fruiting bodies have expanded enormously, prior to releasing spores. (A few have not, showing the original size).
I have included quite a few crosseye stereos, as these are the only way to fully appreciate these structures. Some were shot a FOV 3.5mm wide but may have been moderately cropped.
In the second and third images you can see the empty cups which formed the bases of the fruiting bodies before expansion.
Olympus EM-1 (manual mode), Laowa 25mm f2.8 2.5x-5x ultra-macro at x2.5 or x5, at f11, twin TTL flash hand-held.
