Next / Previous Gallery

When looking in a Gallery the 2nd line at the top is still more than 50% empty. Would be a good idea to put buttons in there to move to the next and to the previous gallery.

I added "< Previous | gallery | Next > " to every one of my bird galleries in the gallery description back to 2005.
