Save a Page as a template?

I'm not wanting to start a separate blog at this time, but there are times I want to say a bit more about a trip or photos etc...
Once I create a page I like, can I save it as a template so I can just choose it as I would the other three available page templates or do I have to create a new page each and every time?
Apologize in advance if already answered....must not be using correct search criteria.

Unfortunately there is no way to save a template. I believe if you contact the help desk, they can copy a page for you.
