Default to fullscreen slideshow? How?

When someone views my photo site, they first see the galleries. - Splendid.
They click on a gallery, and it opens up a slideshow. - Fine.
There is a full-screen icon they can click to go full-screen. That looks great!
But, how can I get the slideshow to open full-screen without the user having to click the icon?

Opening a slideshow full-screen by default in a gallery not possible.
Visitors probably appreciate the option to view the slideshow full-screen if they choose to click on the icon, without it immediately overtaking their screen.
