need SM customizer

I need a SM customizer to do two things for me: reduce the size of a image selected by a customer in the "Buy Now" by perhaps 1/4 ( they are too big now in the template) and then create amatted and framed image so that whenever a customer selects an image for purchase in "Buy Now" they see that image in a matted and framed presentation. I'd like to add a small disclaimer also below (?) the matted and framed image stating what they they see is for presentation only (or something to that effect) I've attached an image of what I have in mind.
