True, but CostCo is up-and-up. I've never been burned by them before. Secondly, CF card prices are volatile and sometimes take big short-term price drops. The other thing is I've heard a rumor of predicted memory price drops for 2006. Its possible this is a sign of that. Dunno. I just like the price. :)

Will anyone buy some for me? (and ship them up here)

I'll buy one, and trade my 1GB Lexar 80x for another.

    (or just buy both)

    Anyone wanna bite?

I'll buy some for you if you want. I'm in lancaster, PA. Sales Tax is 6% here.

I shop at Costco all the time. I wonder if this is only a costco.com price or if I can get the cards for that price in the store. I'll check tomorrow. (probably buy me another one also). Costco's regular price on this card has been 89.99 everyday - I know, I've bought two from them.

PM me - you can paypal me the $$ or we can work something else out. I'm trustworthy mwink.gif . . . . Ebay id: jcwmson, Feedback 166 100%

Got me one today too. Great deal. I have a costco addiction. Bought me a great pair of Dockers type of pants for $16.00 too.

Really? It's only 1GB, which is getting to be on the small side. And its not their fastest card. Price seems about right to me. ne_nau.gif

I've got a costco 1gb ultra II that I bought for $75 in a previous sale. I think they must have purchased a massive lot of them at some point. They also have 1gb SD cards for those of you with SD card needs (or at least they have every time I've gone to costco for the past few months).

You should come down under! We are paying anywhere from $160 - 200 for them!!!! 65 US sounds like a damn good deal to me :D

eek7.gif Yikes! Prices here have been coming down steadily. I'd expect to pay between $70 and $80 for a 1GB card here, when not on sale.

I'm still waiting for fast 4GB cards to get cheaper. It's been a long wait. :cry

    B&H: $89.95
    BeachCamera: $79.00
    Buy.com: $84.89
    Tiger: $93.99

Yeah.. $65 seems like a helluva deal!

Although I just noticed that Newegg lists it as $85.54.. but shows a $20 MIR. Resulting in $65 + S&H. ... Still, if the Costco thing is 'instant' and doesn't require paperwork or 8-10 weeks of waiting, they'll get my money!

Waiting for good-and-fast-but-cheap 4Gb or more... Thus far 2Gb in camera plus 60Gb memory tank is OK for me...
