Can I choose which galleries are inlcuded in a Galleries section in a folder?

I have several galleries with lots of pictures of trains. The main gallery is named "All The Trains". I also have some specific galleries of train photos, with names like "Fostoria", "West Virginia", and "Where Trains Were".. I have a folder that contains all of these galleries. I want to split the "All The Trains" folder up into smaller galleries with no more than 40 photos in each. They'd be named "All The Trains Gallery 1", "All The Trains Gallery 2", and so on.

All of these galleries are in a folder named "Trains and Railroads". In that folder is a Galleries section that has all of the galleries in the folder. I want the folder to have two different Gallieries sections. One would be named "General Galleries". It would have all of the "All the Trains" numbered galleries. The other Galleries section would be named "Special Galleries". It would have all of the other folders.

I see no way to pick and choose which galleries are included in a Galleries section. Is there some way to do that? Or can it be simulated by using something else, like a Page?

To get some idea of what I'm trying to do, you can visit https://crumbs-of-reality.smugmug.com/Trains-and-Railroads. I want the "All the Trains" by itself in the General section. The other galleries, except for "All the Trains", should be in the Special Galleries section. The "All the Trains" gallery shouldn't show up at all.

How can I do this?
