Fine Art Print Questions

Hi there,

I apologize for not knowing more about this, I'm just starting out with printing. My question is with the Fine Art Prints. I'd like to pair down so I'm only offering a couple... Most of my work is nature, ie. mountains, water, sunrise, sunsets, night photography. I was thinking about the Epson Premium Luster but what sets that apart from the regular paper print luster? I've seen the webpage describing it, but is there a way to describe it better for the layman? Also, I was thinking about the breathing color elegance velvet, but again, is this something that would translate well in landscape or sunrise photos? I guess what I'm asking is what would be the upside of these prints vs normal paper prints, and would say, the velvet prints affect clarity at all? Or is it literally just a different medium. Thanks for any help, again I apologize for not knowing more.
