Migrate from Google Photos

Hi all, newbie here. I have around 200GB of photos stored in Google Photos. I know, I know, it's a lot, but I have been using it since the beginning and with Pixel phones mostly so the files are at full resolution. What is the best way to migrate all those photos to SmugMug? I already have them stored locally on a few hard drives, but uploading all those photos would take weeks at least, and I have found in the past that Internet disruptions, etc., can wreck large uploads. Cloud-to-cloud migration somehow? Thanks in advance.
