One panorama Price is crazy

I set up my prices to be a certain percentage over cost and Everything looks fine but the 30x90 is way more than the 30x120. I sent an email a couple days ago to Smugmug but have not heard back. Anyone know what is causing this?

You will need to contact the help desk. In my experience their response has been pretty quick. Have you checked your spam folder?

Thank you Denise, I just checked my SPAM and nothing. I did get the auto response from the original email so it shouldn't go into my SPAM folder. Thank you very much for your response.
I would reach out to the help desk again - it seems very odd that they haven't responded.

Reply to that auto response and ask what's the status.

While I can't locate any message from you on the HelpDesk from the email on file for your account, I took a look at your pricelist and can see that you seem to have manually put in those prices for the 30x90 pano prints. Any price or profit in your pricelist that shows up in green is one that you entered. Details on pricelists and using them can be found here.
