Sharing to FB etc

When I am logged into my account I can see the ability to share on FB and Instagram but when I log out I do not see those options. If I wanted a visitor to be able to share to FB can that be done. Here are the screens I am looking at, the first is what the share looks like logged in, the 2nd is what a visitor sees.
