Replace video with newer version and preserve previous link.

I have a video in Smugmug I wish to replace with a newer version. I have previously sent a link to the current video to a few friends and I would like them to now get the newer version if they click on the previous link. I tried using the republish option in the Lightroom Smugmug Plugin, but that doesn't seem to work for video. Is there a way to accomplish what I want to do, or do I just have to delete the current video and then publish the new one which will then have a new link associated with it?

At this time, there's not a way to replace a video on SmugMug with a newer version, sorry. You would need to delete and reupload, which would give the video a new URL.
