Owner Log In and Smugmug Copyright in the wrong place

When I view my site from my mobile device, the "Owner Log In" and Smugmug copyright text show up basically in the middle of the page rather than at the bottom. It doesn't do this when view on a computer though.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
