Help with URL

Hi, I was trying to set up a hidden gallery for a new client with a URL following this pattern: www.mydomain/folder/clientname . But it keeps reverting to www.mydomain/folder/clientname/n-NVTh5r.

Can anyone help? I just want to have the client's name at the end of the URL, not a bunch of randomness. Thanks for any help in advance.

Unlisted galleries - hidden from everyone except those with the URL - always have random characters at the end of the URL.

Have you considered using a password-protected public gallery instead of an unlisted gallery?

Thank you Denise, I had a suspicion the hidden gallery was the culprit. I will change it to a password protected gallery instead.
