Need custom CSS for search page

Can someone help me with custom css for my search/results page?

Need images to display in full instead of 1x1 with a preview on hover. Similar to how images display when using Collage landscape gallery layouts.

Thanks for the response Mike, I was told by customer support to reach out for a developer or ask here because it would be possible by adding custom CSS. Are you positive it can't be done?
