Favorites & Smart Rules

I'd like to see the ability to flag a photo as a favorite then using smart rules build a gallery that displays any photo where the photo has been flagged as a Favorite.

There used to be a thing called "Most Popular" gallery that collected all public chosen photos, like "likes".

Gallery still exists but it seems they are now just adding recently uploaded photos.

About half(?) way thru people chosen photos ends and Smug chosen starts.

This was basically discontinued but still shows.
Smug said they would get back to it but nothing has happened
