Fit navbar to full height of page

Hello! For my left navbar, there's a small gap at the bottom that I'd like to close and have the navbar fill the whole length of the page from top to bottom. I've seen the full length navbar across other SmugMug sites but haven't been able to figure it out how to apply it. Would appreciate any thoughts!
