How to show gallery and photo titles

Hi. I saw recently where I could select a feature to show the image filenames under my photos when I'm in there editing my photos. Showed me where I had not properly named files to match the folder names. I do have the feature enabled (maybe it's default) to mouse over a gallery and show the gallery name. Is there any setting I can change so that by default gallery and photo names are displayed? Thanks, Eric.

Can you please post a link to example gallery, where your filenames are not visible?
