Nap time for turtles

Just as I was about to call my sunset session a wrap, these green sea turtles showed up for bedtime.

Shot on a Sony a7Riii w/100-400 GM. Was pretty dark out, these were made at ISO 12,800 so a touch of noise exists, as I went easy on NR to preserve details.

Nice, Jon. Do they usually sleep on the beach?

Thank you! Yes, they often nap on the beach, and at all hours of the day or night. They don't usually venture too far away either, just roam the area eating algae and moss, dodging tiger sharks and tourists.

I like them both, but I think that some minor curves adjustment and luminous shift would help them both stand out a bit better.

I don't know where I'm going, but I'm going anyway.

Thanks Phil, I'll give it a go later tonight and report back.
