Description of Photo Not on Photo?

Greetings. How can I get a two paragraphs or so of information about each image (where, why, equipment etc.) in my gallery without having it appear on the photo as well? I have seen sites where such descriptive text appears only in the left margin, when info is clicked, and Not also on the image itself. Regards, Dom

Adding a long text is only possible to the caption field, that would show on the image itself. You have control over how the caption(s) would display via different gallery styles, though:
