Additional download options

I would love to have an option for my clients (mainly sports clients who request this) to purchase a much smaller social media only size. Mine are sized to 1500X1000. But they just can't seem to find that option under personal licensing. And I have a ton of requests like that.
And a way to write in our own licensing in the purchasing area for downloads. I have started having people think they can transfer the ownership of a download they purchased to someone else or even to someone else for commercial stuff and I constantly get the "well, it doesn't say i can't" crap.
