GPS info not being seen in uploaded photos

When I upload photos using either the Smugmug uploader in organizer or the Smugmug Uploader from Photo Mechanic the GPS information isn’t being seen, what’s strange is if I upload the photos from ON1 Photo Raw, it does see the GPS information. Any idea of what’s going on?
