Full scrollable Captions below photos

To no avail, I have searched and searched this forum for the CSS code to display full scrollable captions under the full width photo of the lightbox.

I don't care about captions in the slideshow, just when displaying single photos as I'm manually moving through the lightbox.

Can someone please help with this?
