remove tags and tag suggestions?

I've played around with some tags and now they keep coming up in my suggestions. where can I see all my tags and delete some?

I see, you type "keyword", not the keyword itself. Why are some bold? How do you delete a keyword w/o going into every single photo?

I used CSS to bold the first letter of each and format the list.

I create a "smart gallery" using a keyword to gather an individual KW. Then using an Extension for Chrome can remove/modify individual KW's.

some of my keywords are bolded automatically--why? does that extension allow you to change the date taken? I'm struggling with many photos uploaded w/o a creation date, and doesn't seem there's a way to change it except to replace, which is a huge ordeal at the moment. smug mug help said there's not really a way, but I didn't think of 3rd party applications.
