Yellow Spindle Fungi

Spindles are related to the familiar mushrooms. They seem to prefer grassy or mossy habitats. They are mostly yellow, occasionally white or pinkish.

These have branches maybe 3mm thick.

The stereo is crosseye.

Olympus EM-1, (aperture priority), Olympus m4/3 30mm f3.5 ED macro, f10, hand-held.

    Some white ones from another location show that the lack of surface detail is much the same.
