All pictures in a gallery upload are stuck in "processing."

I have never had this happen before, but I uploaded a gallery of photos to my SmugMug account, and all 66 photos are stuck in "processing." I tried deleting them all, and then reuploading, but the exact same thing happened again. What do I do? it seems obvious that the photos are never going to appear. In the past, I have had this happen with one or two in a batch, and I could delete them and successfully reupload. But this time it is all of them, and nothing is working.

I recommend that you contact SmugMug support directly. They are only in the forums occasionally; their primary means of support is through the help desk.

I had a bunch of photos take a long time to process other day. Two videos took forever also.
