Beautiful sunrise. I especially like the shot with the boat.

It was a beautiful sunrise on the Pacific Coast, too. :):
Lord, keep my words sweet. Someday, I may have to eat them.

    So serene
    I do miss Long Island...

We don't get a sunrise where we live, big hill in the back. I don't see the sun until 9:30... so I'm a sunset gal.

    Very nice colors....

    Eric,
Glad to see you get out and shoot.

The second one is great. Love the stillness of the water with the reflection. Well done!

Beautiful, Labs. I find #2 really special. The reflection, the repetition, the perspective. It was indeed a beautiful morning.

I don't understand how you dragged yourself out when you might have rolled over and gone back to sleep - not when you have a baby that's been waking you up early. But the alone time and the peace, aaaah. :D

Snappy, I haven't slept past 5.30 am since I was 18 and now with 3 pups and a baby it isn't going to happen but it was nice to get out to my favorite spot to watch the sun come up. Thnxs for your kind words.
