Printmarked Download Option Not Showing Up

Hi,
I am trying to set up my pricelists and have run into a snag on the Downloads options. I want to offer just two personal use options: Single photo original and Printmarked Single Photo Web Size.

However, when I go to the site and click purchase, only the Original Size option appears.

What am I doing wrong?

    Have you created / set up a printmark?

    Yes. I have created my printmark. I can see it in the examples when in the Branding Management page. It is located in the Watermark images gallery. It is a PNG. But, the printmarked option for Web size downloads still does not appear.

    Make sure you have the gallery setting checked to allow the printmark to be an option for any gallery you want that option invoked. https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOu90kW6 If that is checked, and you still don't see the option in the cart, reach out to the Support Heroes, help@smugmug.com.

    @GWScott Did you find a solution to this problem?
    I see the same behavior (albeit in Commercial Photo Downloads). I have created a printmark, and the gallery's Printmark Shopping setting is enabled to use my printmark. However I do not see Printmarked Download as an buying option when I am logged out.

    After a chat with Support I have learned that this can occur with Collected photos.

    If a photo is Collected, the Printmark purchase option for that item is controlled in the gallery where the photo was Collected from, and not in the gallery where it is being displayed and sold.
