Google Search result no feature photo

I tried to work with smugmug to remedy this issue in the fall, did everything that they suggested, and was told to wait for Google to Crawl. It's been half a year now and still nothing. What am I doing wrong? Small things like this (and the blasted Smugmug flavicon in google search results) make me look unprofessional compared to my competitors. Any thoughts?!
