60 photo download limit?

When a visitor to an album on my site tried to download the entire gallery she only got 60 images in the (zipped) file (the gallery contains 92 images). I there a 60 image limit to the download gallery?

From the help file at https://www.smugmughelp.com/en/articles/328-download-all-images-in-a-gallery:

If your gallery has a lot of photos, your download will be split into several .zip files to help speed up downloading. Just click each link that appears to ensure you grab every .zip file.

Thank You Denise. I will have to encourage her to be patient and look for the additional files.
